Every dog gets a private room with its own outdoor patio, the woods all around, and yard time several times a day. No pack, no chaos, no surprises on the bill.

Canine Carolina sits back in the woods just off the main road, surrounded by trees and the calming presence of nature. We built it to feel peaceful and private — somewhere a dog can relax and feel secure while you're away, without the hustle and bustle of a traditional kennel.
We opened in 2022 with a background in veterinary care and husbandry. The building is climate-controlled with indoor rooms that open onto private outdoor patios, and the property has large exercise yards for individual outings through the day. Every dog gets the activity, enrichment and attention that suits them.

Not every dog enjoys other dogs or thrives in a group. Day boarding gives your dog supervision, exercise and comfort during the day in their own calm room, with plenty of outdoor time and attentive care — without the chaos of standard doggy daycare.
Baths, done with the same care and attention our boarding guests get. Add one to your overnight stay so your dog comes home clean and tidy, or book it on its own. We offer other add-ons too — just ask when you book.

Same food, same treats. Switching food on a trip is the fastest way to an upset stomach. State law requires food to arrive in small, resealable containers — a labeled zip bag or tub per dog is perfect.

Being away from home is already stressful enough, so keeping them on the same diet and treats is always the better option. Bring food portioned and labeled and we'll feed exactly as you do. Some dogs eat less when they're away; we watch for it and keep you informed.
No. Every dog has their own room and patio and goes out to the yards individually. That's the whole idea — calm, private care for dogs who don't need or want a crowd.
Their own food and treats in small, resealable, labeled containers (state law — no open bags), a blanket or toy if they'd like one (please avoid bulky bedding), and vaccination records showing current Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper-Parvo, given at least 48 hours before arrival.
Call any time. We'll contact you about any feeding or health concerns, but if you need the extra comfort, please don't hesitate to call and check in. Photo updates during a stay are available as a paid add-on.
Overnight stays are booked online through our client portal: create an account, add your dog and vaccine records, and pick your dates. A $25 deposit is paid at the time of booking to reserve your stay. Day boarding and baths are scheduled by phone or email.
